You are what you eat! So don’t be fast, cheap, easy or fake

This year I’m going to be 42 and I feel very lucky because I have few wrinkles and I look younger. They often ask me what face cream I use or if I do anything in particular. Having thought about it, my conclusion is that I have a healthy lifestyle…I exercise everyday, I only drink wine no spirits, I smoke very little if any at all but most of all I eat well. I eat a little of everything, lots of fish, legumes and meat. The vegetables I eat come from my vegetable garden or from the organic baskets I have delivered (www.ortodelborro.it). I drink a green juice at least three times a week and I don’t eat sweets because I am not a fan. Unfortunately I eat very little fruit and only those that are in season and of the area but to compensate I eat a ton of cooked and raw vegetables. I believe our lifestyle has a huge influence on who we are and what I am suggesting today is a menu that is typical this time of the year in my home.
