Ugly but delicious

What can I say…it’s really true I can’t think of another name for them “ugly but delicious”! I tried to make them look more appealing but there just isn’t a way! They aren’t just good they’re delicious, super healthy and incredibly easy to make.
Take 6 egg whites, 100g of icing sugar and a little vanillin and 100g of walnuts. Mount the egg whites to peaks and add the icing sugar, the vanillin and the grated walnuts. Blend and place the mixture with a spoon on a lined baking tray with parchment paper. You will need two baking trays. Bake at 120 degrees for 1.5 hours until slightly golden but most of all dry.
For those of you who want to give it an extra touch add some white and dark chocolate drops.
