Pappa al Pomodoro with burrata cheese, mazzancolle shrimp and anchovies

I realize that it isn’t the perfect season for Pappa al Pomodoro (Tuscan Tomato Bread Soup), but firstly I adore it, secondly it’s a very appreciated first course in my household and thirdly I love the combination of fish and Burrata cheese. Try it and if you don’t find fresh enough shrimp to eat raw then just serve it with the anchovies and the Burrata cheese.
