Leek and potato creamed soup

As you know I’m Austrian and at home we eat a lot of different types of soups that are very much appreciated during the winter months and are also a lighter alternative for those long and demanding dinner parties. If presented well, soups can be delicious and very scenographic . Leeks are a fantastic ingredient, which is tremendously versatile and I often use it instead of onions for its delicate and refined taste.
