Crusted Beef Fillet-my way

It is a delicious and wow factor dish and also easy to prepare. I’ve tried to propose something original and different from the usual Christmas recipes. A small word of advice for the cooking: if you already have a meat thermometer you can better monitor the cooking process. Orientate yourself on these degrees: 40-45C Rare, 55-60C Medium Rare and 68C well done! Buona serata!
