I love apples and the deserts made with them are always my favorite! I like the combination of the acidity of the apple with the sweetness of the pastry. This is an ideal cake for breakfast, fast to prepare and really easy to make.
250g plain yoghurt
100g grated walnut
200g plain flour
1 vanilla backing powder
Beat the eggs with the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the nuts, the flour mixed with the backing powder and then the yoghurt. Once the mixture is ready pour it in a greased backing tin. Cut the necessary apples and place them in the mixture as shown in the picture. Bake in the preheated oven at 200C on ventilation mode for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool down and serve with a nice cappuccino or hot milk.
