Happy New Year!
To celebrate the New Year I decided to create a festive meat based menu as I proposed a fish based one for Christmas! I like January because compared to December it’s a calm and slow paced month and cold at the same time. For this reason I tend to hibernate in the warmth of my home and invite friends over for dinner where time seems to fly whilst chit chatting away with a nice glass of wine.
