We all love December; especially the kids that get so excited about Christmas and their presents. For us mums it is a totally different ball game…lots of work, many events and dinners, cleaning and decorating the house, etc. etc. Sometimes I just want to get out and come back when the whole caboodle is over..
As opposed to last year when I decided to do something different this year I have decided to do a traditional seasonal dinner for family and friends. It’s quite easy to prepare, not to heavy and of course healthy, so you don’t have to worry about indulging.
